REACH professionals in this program include an experienced team including a psychiatrist, psychologists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and mental health counselors who serve clients struggling with substance use and their family members.
Referrals are accepted from all community resources and residents. Initial evaluation can be made by telephone appointment or by just walking in at REACH. An intake appointment will be scheduled within a few days. Services are provided in Long Beach, Franklin Square and Port Washington.
